How to know what your size is

What will you need?
Flexible measuring tape
Tight clothing or underwear (for maximum accuracy)

Step 1: Measure your chest
➤ Stand up straight, maintaining a natural posture.
➤ Place the measuring tape around the widest part of your chest, parallel to the floor.
➤ Circle your body at this point – note that you are measuring circumference and not width.
➤ Make sure the tape is not too tight but not too loose either – it should touch your skin gently.
➤ Record the resulting number (in centimeters).

Step 2: Measure your waist
➤ Find the narrowest part of your waist – this is usually the area above your belly button.
➤ Wrap the measuring tape around your waist, maintaining a straight line.
➤ Make sure you are not inhaling forcefully – the measurement should be in a natural position.
➤ Record the number.

Step 3: Measure your hip circumference
➤ Stand with your feet together.
➤ Place the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips.
➤ Record your measurement.

Important tips:
It is recommended to measure twice to ensure accuracy.
It is best to measure in front of a mirror or with the help of a friend.
